Annulering
Wij brengen de volgende bedragen in rekening, afhankelijk van de datum van schriftelijke annulering door de huurder:
- annulering meer dan 3 maanden voor de aanvang van de huurperiode: kosteloos
- annulering tussen de 90e en de 60e dag voor de aanvang van de huurperiode: 25% van de huurprijs
- annulering tussen de 59e en de 30e dag voor de aanvang van de huurperiode: 50% van de huurprijs
- annulering minder dan 30 dagen voor de aanvang van de huurperiode: 100% van de huurprijs
- indien de huurder op de begindatum of tijdens de huurperiode meedeelt géén gebruik (meer) van het gehuurde te zullen maken, blijft hij de volledige huurprijs verschuldigd.

Cancellation
We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
– cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
– cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
– cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
– cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant states on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) make use of the rented property, they remain liable for the full rental price.
